Pathetic service, completely fraud

Very bad service I have ordered krylon supracolor fs 22 3 units on 18 April, on order I got one mail for payment confirmation, I didn't received any mail Or message for order confirmation, when I contacted on given number they told, information is sent by mail, but there was no mail such kind, now it's 25 April i have contacted various time they are not taking call and not delivered yet, I don't have any information regarding my order.
